Does it just include an email to all the specialty’s residency programs with
information about our opportunity? Do we just submit text or can we email you a
flyer that we created?
The eblast is to all the programs in the specialty you choose. As far as what is sent
you can do either method. Most of our clients email us a flyer that they have
created. Some just send us text that they want included in the email to the

Will the eblast be in color or just black & white?
If you want to do the flyer in color you could. Keep in mind that the vast majority of
programs will print it out and then put it in the residents mail boxes or post it on
their job board. Since most programs don't have color printers I think black and
white would be a better choice.
Does the eblast go to the program directors, or does it go to both the program
directors & the residents?
Before any list is entered we call all the programs and asked the Chairman or
Program Director who job postings should go to so that we are sure they get
posted or distributed. We also update this on a regular basis. Many programs
asked us to send the postings to the Program Director, Program Coordinator and
the Chief Residents to accomplish this. Some of the programs asked us to send
job postings to the program coordinators and others asked us to send them to the
chief residents. We also offer the residents the ability to opt-in and receive future
eblasts directly.
Would it be possible for you to send me a sample eblast file from a different
opportunity so I can see what it looks like?

Would we have the opportunity to proofread the eblast file that you create prior to
you sending it out to all the programs?
All we do is take the exact file you give us and just convert it into a PDF file for
distribution. If you still want to proofread it we would be happy to accommodate.

To order an eblast send an email to customerservice@residentscareercenter.com
with the specialty and what you wish to be sent to the program. Any format is
acceptable as long as it will fit on a 8 1/2 by 11 page. Then we will email you the
date it is scheduled to go out. Invoices for eblasts go out the day they are sent to
the programs.
